All-Purpose Baking Mix Baked Donuts

Ingredients 

Donuts

  • 2 cups Loretta Baking Mix
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Sprinkles, if desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients for the doughnuts using a spoon until the mixture is well blended. Fill each doughnut cavity in the pan with about 1 tablespoon of batter.
  3. Bake the doughnuts for 6 to 8 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once baked, transfer the doughnuts from the pan to a cooling rack and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  4. While the doughnuts are cooling, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth.
  5. Dip the tops of the cooled doughnuts into the glaze, then sprinkle with decorations. Enjoy the doughnuts while they’re still warm.
