- 1 pack of Loretta chicken-flavored noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (or cooking oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced, optional)
- 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)
- 1 egg (optional, for scrambled addition)
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles:
- Make the noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside.
- Cook the veggies and chicken:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic (and ginger if using) and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and cooked chicken. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Scramble the egg (if using):
- Push the veggies and chicken to one side of the pan. Crack the egg into the empty side and scramble it until fully cooked, then mix with the veggies.
- Combine everything:
- Add the noodles to the skillet and pour the soy sauce over everything. Toss well to combine, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated.
- Garnish and serve:
- Sprinkle sliced green onions on top and serve hot.
