Creamy Parmesan BLT Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Loretta Creamy Parmesan Pasta Salad
  • 6 cups water
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add the pasta and vegetable blend from the package into the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the pasta is tender, drain the water and rinse under cold water until cooled.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the seasoning packet with mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Stir in the crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chopped lettuce. Mix until well combined.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

Tip: Add shredded cheese or avocado for an extra creamy touch!
