Ingredients:
- 1 package Loretta Creamy Parmesan Pasta Salad
- 6 cups water
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions:
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the pasta and vegetable blend from the package into the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is tender, drain the water and rinse under cold water until cooled.
- In a large bowl, mix the seasoning packet with mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until smooth.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chopped lettuce. Mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
