Ingredients Needed:
- 1 box of Loretta White Cake Mix
- 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of vegetable or canola oil
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 375°F. Mix well with an electric mixer or by hand with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Refrigerate dough for 2 hours. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with your gingerbread people cookie cutters and transfer to a parchment paper or unlined cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
