Ingredients:
- 1 tortilla
- ½ cup of mayo
- 1 box of Loretta Italian pasta salad
Instructions:
- Fill a medium saucepan with 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Empty the pasta and vegetable blend pouch into the boiling water. Gently boil uncovered for 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and veggies. Rinse with cold water and drain again.
- Transfer the pasta and veggies to a mixing bowl. Stir in the seasoning packet and mayo. Mix well.
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spoon a portion of the pasta salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Add other veggies or proteins as desired to the wrap (e.g., lettuce, cheese, chicken, etc.)
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap.
- Cut the wrap in half if desired, and serve.
