Loretta Italian Pasta Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 tortilla
  • ½ cup of mayo
  • 1 box of Loretta Italian pasta salad

Instructions:

  1. Fill a medium saucepan with 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Empty the pasta and vegetable blend pouch into the boiling water. Gently boil uncovered for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and veggies. Rinse with cold water and drain again.
  4. Transfer the pasta and veggies to a mixing bowl. Stir in the seasoning packet and mayo. Mix well.
  5. Place the tortilla on a flat surface.
  6. Spoon a portion of the pasta salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  7. Add other veggies or proteins as desired to the wrap (e.g., lettuce, cheese, chicken, etc.)
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap.
  9. Cut the wrap in half if desired, and serve.
