Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 banana
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup dry Loretta quick oats
- ¼ cup milk of your choice (2%, Whole, Almond, etc.)
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Add 3-5 ice cubes for a cooler, more blended consistency if preferred.
