Mango Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup dry Loretta quick oats
  • ¼ cup milk of your choice (2%, Whole, Almond, etc.)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup spinach (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Add 3-5 ice cubes for a cooler, more blended consistency if preferred.
