Pie Crust

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 cup of Loretta Baking Mix
  • 1/4 cup of butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons of boiling water


Heat oven to 450°F. Mix Loretta Baking Mix, and butter in a bowl. Add boiling water; stir vigorously until very soft dough forms. Press dough firmly with floured fingers in an ungreased pie plate. 9-inch, bringing dough onto the rim of the plate. Bake until light brown, about 8-10 minutes; cool.
