Protein Microwave Mug Pancakes

Ingredients (Single Serving):

  • ⅓ cup Loretta Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
  • ¼ cup water or milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Topping Ideas:

  • Fresh berries or sliced bananas
  • Chocolate chips
  • Nut butter drizzle
  • Syrup or honey
  • Whipped cream or yogurt

Directions:

  1. Mix Batter
    Add Loretta Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix, water or milk, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract into a microwave-safe mug. Stir gently until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Cook in Microwave
    Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, until the pancake rises and appears fluffy. Keep an eye to avoid overflow. Adjust cooking time slightly based on your microwave’s power.
