Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of Loretta Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup of table molasses
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger, cinnamon, and allspice

Instructions

Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes on a stand or with a hand mixer. Fill regular sizes (paper lined) muffin tins ¾ full. Bake at 350℉ for 18 minutes or until moist crumbs stick to a toothpick.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Loretta Baking Mix
  • 1/4 cup of butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons of boiling water

Instructions:

Heat oven to 450°F. Mix Loretta Baking Mix and butter in a bowl. Add boiling water; stir vigorously until very soft dough forms. Press dough firmly with floured fingers on an ungreased pie plate. 9-inch, bringing dough onto the rim of the plate. Bake until light brown, about 8-10 minutes; cool.

Air Fryer Oatmeal Berry Cookies

Cookies are a traditional dessert for any get-together. This Air Fryer Oatmeal Berry Cookie Recipe is perfect for a simple thanksgiving dessert. 

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup dry Loretta quick oats
  • ½ cup dried berries
  • ¼ cup honey roasted almonds

Instructions

Mash the banana in a small bowl with a fork. Add oatmeal and mix with banana. Add berries and honey-roasted almonds and mix well. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Preheat the air fryer to 330 degrees. Scoop one spoonful of the dough 1” apart on the parchment paper. Cook in the 330-degree air fryer for 10-12 minutes. 

Peach Cinnamon Fritters

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Loretta baking mix
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar 

Instructions

  1. In a deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, heat 3” of oil to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Loretta’s baking mix, water, egg, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Fold in the peaches
  4. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls into the hot oil
  5. Fry 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
  6. Remove the oil with a slotted spoon; place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  7. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
