Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of water or milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp chai seeds
- 1 cup Loretta quick oats
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Add 3-5 ice cubes for a cooler, more blended consistency if preferred.
