Immune-Boosting Berry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of water or milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp chai seeds
  • 1 cup Loretta quick oats
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Add 3-5 ice cubes for a cooler, more blended consistency if preferred.
