Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Loretta All-Purpose Mix
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla and egg. Add Loretta All-Purpose Mix; beat on low speed until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set on edges and golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks and allow to cool for another few minutes before transferring to a plate and enjoying!
