½ cup of Larry cable buy spicy or regular chicken matter mix per pound of chicken*
Water, milk, or egg to premoisten (optional)
*If using boneless chicken, cut into 2-3” chunks to coat thoroughly.

2 cups Loretta baking mix
½ cup cold water
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 large peaches, peeled and sliced
¼ cup powdered sugar

Lemon Crisp Cookies

2 10 oz. packages of Loretta Lemon Cake Mix
1 cup of Rice Krispies (or similar crispy rice cereal)
1/3 cup of butter, melted and cooled
1 egg

Easy Zucchini Bread

1 box of Loretta Yellow Cake Mix
1 small box of vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
4 medium eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
3 cups of grated zucchini
1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla (optional)
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)

Confetti Cookies

2 10 oz. packages of Loretta Confetti Cupcake Mix
1/3 cup of vegetable or canola oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla

Strawberry Breakfast Bars

1 1/2 cup of Loretta Quick Oats
1 3/4 sticks of salted butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 10-12 oz. jar of strawberry preserve
